By submitting this registration form, you confirm that the information provided is true and complete. Registrations are subject to availability and will only be confirmed once payment has been received in full or approved billing arrangements have been confirmed by the organisers. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Cancellation, substitution, and refunds:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organisers. Once registration has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued. The organisers may, at their discretion, permit a substitution from the same organisation if written notice is received before the event. Non-attendance on the event day does not automatically entitle the delegate to a refund. Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions for all applicable provisions.

Event changes:
The organisers reserve the right to amend the programme, presenter lineup, session times, platform arrangements, or related event details where reasonably necessary. In the event of postponement, cancellation, or material changes, registered delegates will be notified using the contact details provided at registration.

Privacy and communications:
The organisers will take reasonable steps to protect personal information and to use it only for legitimate event-related and authorised communication purposes. Marketing communications are optional and may be declined or withdrawn at any time. Event notices, access instructions, and important administrative updates may still be sent where necessary to manage your participation in the event.

Virtual attendance:
Delegates are responsible for ensuring that they have suitable internet access, a compatible device, and any required software before the event starts. The organisers are not responsible for participation difficulties arising from a delegate’s own connectivity, device, or software limitations.

Certificates and support:
A certificate of attendance will be issued for this event, subject to attendance verification and any event-specific requirements communicated by the organisers. For event-day assistance, delegates should use the organiser contact details listed in this form unless separate support details are issued in advance.
